Bought my 14 focus a little over a year ago. I feel so welcome. The owner will come up and say hello. Ask how you are doing and thanked me for driving an hour to come see them. I will drive an hour everytime I need some.
Best dealership hands down! I've moved out of state and I'm so disappointed in the dealerships I have been to. At Kowalski's they treat you like family. I miss them so much!!
