The staff in Dr Kote's office is unfailingly polite and professional. The waiting room is nice, but you don't see much of it, since it is unlikely you'll need to wait to be seen. The hygienists are efficient and friendly; Dr Kote doesn't rush you when asking about any potential issues. All good here.
