Corporate, what happened to caring about the customer, came for oil change, tire rotation in Wilkes Barre. Told them i had a noise on drivers side &asked if they could check it. They brought bill and never checked it or mentioned anything about it, had to ask the tech when he brought my vehicle out side. They used to also give a paper with the depth of your tread on your tires after rotation, they dont even do that any more, seems like your just a number and they couldn't give a damm.
Daughter did her oil change there ,n they didnt tighten oil filter,,, took car back to them n they told me over the phone,that some1 stoled filter,,��,,they most likely put Lucas in car to get her to drive out of there n 3 day later engine seized,,,they honestly didnt help nor try to work something out with me,,I def dont recommended this guys they SUCk,,do your self a favor n DONT go there,,!!!customer service suck n there prices are ridiculous ,,
I had horrible service issues with Carbondale store. Refused 3 separate times to work on my truck. Never had a problem until this month. Very upset about that on top of this the manager was rude and laughing at me. He said take your business elsewhere
Had hit a pothole and needed a tire mounted ASAP since I was driving on a donut! Kevin got me in WITHIN AN HOUR, mounted and ready to go free of charge!Could not be more thankful for the urgency and generosity and will definitely be back! Thank you!!!���
