I had my brakes and tires replaced on December 22nd ot last year at the Watertown, NY location. Charged 72.99 each for new back rotors. Now I'm having to buy new rotors because after failing a state required inspection due to bad rotors, we take them off only to realize that they put my old rotors back on while still charging me for brand new ones. Not to mention as the third customer in the shop that day it took them over 4 hours to give me new tires, brakes pads, brake rotors, and brake calipers. They made me late for work... read more
Recommendedhey. wanna shout out to Alan and Trevor for an excellent job. we 3 women from upstate ny were on a once in a lifetime trip and we broke down. luckily kost tire was across the road and we asked for help. they were so busy and didnt know when they could squeeze us in. we waited for 2 hours while other appointments were taken in. we were happy with this because it could've been a day. they got us in.. made us safe safe.. they were part of our adventure and they were amazing. a scary part of our journey was handled with such car... read more

Be courteous and concerned and do work on time. Not wait 2 1/2 hours after a scheduled appt.
Kost Tire Shavertown This is the final straw for this location and company period. After a couple of instances where services were not rendered when they said they were (at least 3 tire rotations and oil changes) and now waiting for over an hour when I had appt. I'm done. The 2 people at the desk never mentioned they were behind never said were sorry it's taking so long etc. This location used to be so good with customers and service. I am done with it and Kost.
