Made an appointment for a easy tpms sensor install , which is no programming required . Was told 2pm , dropped it off at 10 the only time I could , get a call at 2 saying my appointment has been cancelled because the technician working on a vehicle before me took longer then expected and I'm supposed to come back Monday . I was told there's only one guy in the whole store who knows how to install essentially just a valve stem . In a tire shop!! (Bloomsburg kost)
June 8th got a oil change milford pa. Light was on figured they forgot to reset it. Checked the oil on June 13th no oil on dip stick. Called Dominick he said they will take care of it. Sent Andrew wasney to my house just wanted to put oil in it and walk away. Not acknowledging there was no oil in it. Tried contacting regional manager Ken Keilear. No answer. Horrible business!! Don't ever let them touch your vehicle!!!

Nothing but a joke bullsh/+ warranties back to Jack Williams
I was traveling from Montreal to Philadelphia on Thursday, 4/21, and stopped at the South State Kost Tire in Clarks Summit because of a car sound which was troubling me. I did not get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me but they looked at my car immediately and did some minor adjustments to the hubcaps and something else under the hood and would not charge me for this emergency service. Refused to honor an alignment contract. After two visits and a determination that a Manager made a mistake in enrolling my car in the one year alignment contract, the Manager of a different Kost location refused to honor the agreement. Not only will I never use Kost again, I will be aggressive in making sure none of my friends or family will be taken advantage of by Kost Tires.
