I went to kost tire (Eynon) to buy four new tires on my 2017 Ford Edge the professional service I received was very satisfying they were courteous n very friendly I was very happy with the price and cleanliness n I would definitely refer people to go there
go to KOST tires in Carbondale the manager Mark very nice respectful person and nice respectful people who don't rip you off very good place to go if you need new tires brakes whatever alignments recommend them 100 and 90%

4 scratched rims on a car with less than 150 miles on it .... And they shake at 60 mph + = crappy job. going back will update tomorrow...
What a horrible experience!... Promised a 3pm appointment for tires. (Promised to be done by 430). Arrive, Was told will be getting you right in...410pm get a call, just call, they don’t know how to get lug nuts off bc they are locked... (not locked). Ask why vehicle didn’t get started... well we do 12 jobs at once and you have to be patient. Really???? You don’t take each customer personally???... what a horrible organization!!!!! First time here.... last time here!!!!
Admit when they've done something wrong. I've been going to Kost in Bloomsburg for years. Took my Tundra in for new tires, front end alignment and normal servicing. Truck was tracking straight when it went in. After the alignment it drifted to the right. At first the mechanic said it went straight for him. No way that happened. When he came back he tried to blame it all on road crown. I'm 62 and have been driving for a lot of years. I know the difference between normal drift from the road, and a bad alignment. I don't know if this is something Kost does regularly or if they just did it for me, but I brought my boyfriend's truck in to patch a tire on Christmas Eve. We've been in a bit of a financial situation and had put off repairing it for as long as we could. They took me in that day and didn't charge me for the repair. I couldn't believe it. You guys have no idea how much that meant to me right now. I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and I will be coming to you again for more business!!!!
