RecommendedWe were traveling on I-81 and stopped in Clarks Summit where we discovered one of our tires was leaking air badly. The Kost Tire & Auto service looked very busy at the end of the day, but took the time to patch the tire and wish us a safe trip. thank you for your 5-star service!

I specifically asked them to torque the lug nuts to 80 ft lbs because the brake rotors are new and I didn’t want to warp them, but when I got home and went to retorque them ( because they’ve done this before) I couldn’t break them loose. My impact wouldn’t do it, a 24” breaker bar couldn’t either ( and I weigh 250). I had to use a 5 foot pipe on the breaker bar! Nobody would be able to do that on the side of the road with a lug wrench.
Recommendedbeen dealing with Kost Tire in wilkes barre pa for a few years. cannot say I have had any problems. always get what I need for my vehicles , not what they want to sell. I would definitely recommend these folks
They hire bad people and the good ones end up leaving because the bad people start problems. Even the managers don’t reprimand the bad ones when they catch them. Horrible place, at least the one in Williamsport, PA. I’d recommend every other place but this one.
The Kost Tire and Auto service in Williamsport treats employees badly. Let’s their workers be little others in front of customers. I had a terrible experience and will never go back.
