The Kost Tire and Auto service in Williamsport treats employees badly. Let’s their workers be little others in front of customers. I had a terrible experience and will never go back.

The staff there are so pleasant! Every single gentleman I spoke to was respectful and friendly. Their shuttle service made it super convenient for me to drop my car off before work and then come back during lunch to pick it up. I will be using this location for all my needs moving forward!
This place has really gone down hill. Used to be the go to place for my whole family , but now they are constantly looking to nickel and dime you , or upsell crazy expensive tires. Last year they told my wife she had to have a bunch of work done to pass inspection and she took it somewhere else and it passed no problem. Disappointed

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, been coming here for years, lost a customer!!!!!!!! 3 hours for a 15 minute oil change and cant even tell me, just let me sit there and wait while other people come and go, this is at Kost in Mt Pocono!!!!!!!!
I appreciated the great customer service and fast turn around time in Brodheadsville. I called for a quote and walked out the door saving 50$ Highly recommend
