Kosama is a group fitness based exercise gym. We offer a large variety of classes several times per day, 7 days a week. Good challenge. People are nice and welcoming. Instructor has good energy, will motivate u through entire work out, and is clear on instructions. Good music. Judgment free zone!

Kosama is such a fun & uplifting environment. Everyone is so welcoming & you start to build connections! Each workout is different & you will never feel lost during it! Working out becomes something you look forward to each day as you leave feeling like you crushed another workout! If you want to challenge your body, this is the place to go!!!
I love this gym! My brain tends to turn off when I exercise, so it's great having someone tell me what to do, and for how long. the workouts are never the same. All I need to do is show up, and the class environment means the motivation is built-in. I've never been this consistent at a gym before (I've been here over a year) and there is no reason to ever leave.
Kosama is such an invigorating atmosphere. There is a lot of variety in the workouts, the instructors are always fun and motivating, and even after three years, I never feel that a workout is easy. I have lost over 40 pounds, but the best achievements are the small, incremental ones - like when my tricep muscles made an appearance for the first time during weightlifting. Margie and the staff are absolutely amazing! I have been to numerous gyms but none of them keep you motivated like Kosama. I came back after a couple of years and now realize this is where I need to stay!

This is the only place that I’m ok with being told what to do. It pushes me to my limit with a full body workout. Just in 2 weeks of of the eight challenge I can totally feel a difference in my body and energy level.
Been a member at Kosama since April ‘18. I’ve lost 19 lbs, 7% body fat and inches in my hips, waist and thighs. I had no idea I could push my body this hard! I enjoy the variety of workouts (zumba strong, yoga, kettlebells, kickboxing, cardio). As a member you can also attend AMT Hot Yoga Studio once a week.
