I was very disappointed with my appointment. All my information stated I was scheduled to see Dr Flippo when I arrived at my appointment the front desk sent me to Dr Flippo waiting room shortly there after I was moved to a waiting room and told I was seeing a PA. I had several test results to review and a plan of care. I did not want a PA to tell me my plan of care. Later after an hour plus wait I got to see Dr Flippo. We have had a wonderful 10 year relationship due to fragments of a blood clot caught in my lungs. I had recommended Dr Flippo to a young friend who loved Dr Flippo also.
She is always thorough in her exams and has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Flippo has always presented herself the same over a 5 year period: very caring, knows her patient, extremely knowledgeable, and informed. She LISTENS & advises.
She listens. She questions everything that concerns me. She gives me all the time I need.
She is straight forward and explains approach and options.
Dr. Flippo is very good at communicating results of tests and where we're at.
