She is very thorough and explains things well.very thoughtful
She’s able to keep her patient visits within 15 minutes of the appointed time. She is courteous, but forthright with the outcomes of all tests and tells you of the next steps in treatment. She makes it easy to trust her!
Dr. Flippo goes above board to make you comfortable and explains everything so you can understand everything every step of the way on your treatment she is never in a rush to let you out of her office

I went for a follow up visit after lab work. The person before me was 15 min. late and I had been waiting awhile already. After 15 min. or so I was taken back to a room. Over an hour and a half passed since I had gotten there and still not seen. The assistant came in and asked if I wanted some water? No, I want to know what’s going on. She has as much time for my visit as I need and thoroughly answers my questions, all with thoughtfulness and kindness.
