I underwent a left total knee replacement with Dr. Korboi Evans at Greater Washington Orthopedic Group on February 5, 2026. Three months later, I can say without qualification that choosing him was the right decision. Dr. Evans is a highly competent surgeon with excellent bedside manner. Dr. Evans provided a warm and caring environment for my first visit with him. He explained every detail about my upcoming surgery and even calmed my nerves when he told had to get an MRI of my knee. His staff (MA)was amazing, upbeat, personable and very thorough. If you are looking for a doctor who is just going to through you to the wolves Dr. Evans is not for you. If you are looking for someone with a great bedside manner and will take the time to explain he is your Doc.
Dr Evans listens and offers choices. I feel like I’m in (literally) good hands.
Doctor Evans is a fantastic surgeon gave me a new knee it's like getting an oil change every 7500 miles. I love his attitude and his ability to communicate. When I had my first visit I had a second opinion set it was for the next day but speaking with him he had all the answers and I canceled the second opinion because I knew I had to go with him no doubt in my mind. Thank you sir for the job that you did I will never forget what you did for me. You are a great man
