Went to the Rockville office and the front desk was nice and respectful. Dr. Bakker is very personable, takes his time to listen, talk about my needs and offers suggestions for lifestyle changes. Thank you.

Dr. Bakker listens very carefully and thoroughly explains the next couse of action. he is steeped in sleep "stuff."
Reception does not answer the telephone or return messages at Dr. Bakker's Office. The voice mail says your message will be returned, but it is encouraged that you book an appointment on Dr Baker's website. His website portal will not let new clients book appointments by phone, and requires you to go through the office number. It's a vicious circle of administrative bureaucracy, and very disappointing. The first attempt to book an appointment was in July, so this isn't an issue that can be chalked off to a bad day.
