Very helpful staff.
Was a student staying in one of Kohli's flats for 3 years, could not ask for anything more from a landlord. Were very understanding and fair with all our issues and fixed any problems we had very rapidly.
living with Kohli properties was a fantastic experience. They were so accommodating to our needs and helped with every little issue we had. For instance even when arranging viewings and I was tight for time working shifts, they kindly set aside a day and took me around several properties at once. During the pandemic they gave us a grace period to find a new flatmate when we had an empty room. They were always so responsive to small issues like if the boiler needed fixed etc. I would 1000% recommend them!
