Amazing care home all staff treat residents like family care and respect them. Just a family home, mum beautiful mum would be heart broken if closes, keep the care home open, keep knowle manor open, don’t take there home from them

My friend lives in Knowle Manor and I visit her regularly, I find the staff really good, helpful and friendly, the place is kept lovely and clean and a terrible thing to close this happy place where residents spend their later years. Shame on you LCC! 😕
My Mum stayed here for 4 nights following a hospital stay. She has excellent memories of this care home. Mums words " Everyone is treated with respect. Care individual to the person...not generic. Feels that staff love their job and go above and beyond." As Mums Parkinsons is progress she has already inquired as to future permanent care. Very distressed to hear this incredibly special home from home establishment MAY be closing...a total crime if it does!
