This is a fantastic surgery and it’s such a shame to have to say this but they really stick out in terms of just how good they are. From the receptionists who are kind and polite to my GP and particularly my MH nurse who without I don’t know where I’d be. I’m far from okay or well but I have hope. That’s on your wonderful MH nurse.
Just the most ridiculous system now. So for ages I’ve been trying to use this already stupid e-consult nonsense. Then finding time and time again it wasn’t active, wasn’t working. So tried phoning up, on hold for ages dah after day. Finally get through and receptionist said ‘ oh yes it disables at certain times to avoid jamming due to high demand or something along those lines. ‘ try again at 1pm when it opens up again ‘ ( THIS IS AN ONLINE SERVICE …. only available at certain times? Been with this surgery for 23 years (my whole life) and I cannot reccomend them more, Dr Hillman & Nurse Stonehouse are phenomenal with ADHD referrals & advice, and general woman’s health. They’ve gone above & beyond to make me feel reassured, and helped in any way possible, and made me feel as if my problems are real, and that it’s okay to seek help for stuff. 10/10 recommend.
The surgery has been amazing, The reception staff are very friendly and get things done quickly.
