The apartments are not worth the amount of money you pay for rent. You have to pay for trash pick up and on several occasions it wasn't picked up for 3 weeks so trash was everywhere. The Windows are really thin so when the wind blows in the winter you feel it. My heat went out and I couldn't get anybody as the phone just rung when I called the emergency number and finally a recording came on and said it was full after calling 3 times. Everyone please DO NOT MOVE HERE! When I 1st moved in back in August (2015) the ENTIRE kitchen was INFESTED with roaches. I mean it literally was disgusting. I complained to the office and they said they would fix the issue. I gave them a WEEK to fix it but it still was nasty (the majority of roaches were gone) but the cleaning crew they "hired" did such a poor job that I had to tell the office they would have to clean it. I'm look for help to decover my first new home and I'm look for sum in my price range 450.00,550.00 I only get 721 a month so plz help me in found my first new home
This is the worst apartment complex, since I moved in over a year ago there has been 4 property managers. Several maintenance issues and pest control issues. They add several new expenses to your rent and go up on it without letting you know. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.
