This management company does not care about you and will take care of their tenants. I pay rent on time or early every time. The apartment above me flooded which flooded my apartment. I had to clean a lot of it myself. They told me it was okay to leave me in an apartment with the ceiling crashing down in the living room and pieces of drywall falling on me while I shower. I live in Park Square Apartments in SC. These apartments are not worth $1,200 month for a three bed room apartment. We don't even have a a washer or dryer in the apartment, when we first moved in the carpet was full of fleas and we are charged monthly for some to come a spray for bugs but I have never seen this person. We also get charged for risk mitigation but we don't have any security cameras and guards. It's clear that this is a company driven solely by profits for itself and its investors, despite its website's proclamation that it provides "a true sense of home and community" for its residents. you all should be ASHAMED of yourselves for lying!!! You all don't have anything but crappy apartments that are rat and roach infested! You tell people a bunch of lies to get them moved in, you move people in nasty apartments that haven't been fixed, some if not ALL of your apartments have a major rat and roach problem. This is the absolute worst place to live! The management is HORRIBLE and this place is extremely unsanitary. When we first moved here about 5 months ago, the dumpster right outside our building was not dumped for over a month!! We had to call Republic (which is the company that picks up the trash) to finally get it removed because the office did NOTHING!
