This is the absolute worst place to live! The management is HORRIBLE and this place is extremely unsanitary. When we first moved here about 5 months ago, the dumpster right outside our building was not dumped for over a month!! We had to call Republic (which is the company that picks up the trash) to finally get it removed because the office did NOTHING! This is the worst place to live. The management is rude and disrespectful. They talk to you and treat you like dirt. The place is roach infested an bedbug infested and full f leaks. Don't ft stuck living here. They tell your business to other tenants. They r liars. Connie was fired from the last complex she was at. No repairs one tenant has been without air for 2 summers. Don't trust them don't move there. They want an all white complex.
I think the staff really helps out alot and they are very understanding when it comes to situations.

(UPDATE BELOW) Not even a month into leasing and it's just sad. Bug infestation, the vacant space next to us (which they know about) was left any old kind of way which is contributing to the roach problem. We spray on a daily basis with little to no result. We have been waiting for this mythical pest control person to come fix the issue. Downstairs bathroom has been flooded and leaking since we moved in. The frequently changing management of this complex needs some serious training. They never answer the phones in the office. The maintenance request will only be resolved if after the 20th day you leave work early to drop into the office. I have received two notices from the City of Birmingham informing us the water bill was not paid for the entire complex. I have come home to no water and no notice of why on two separate occasions.
