I am absolutely appalled by my phone call with Doctor Sarah Porters this evening - GP put of hours. I am a type 1 Diabetic and was phoning with a painful flare up of mouth ulcers. Sarah Porters’s attitude was shocking the minute I answered the call. I explained I had tried phoning my own GP and have recently been on a course of Aciclovir for these breakouts. Sarah Porters was rude, abrupt and dismissive. She said that aciclovir isn’t something they would prescribe and it doesn’t help the pain, as if I don’t know what helps m... read more
