Very cool very nice
I am a British citizen born in the UK but now living abroad. The NHS pay a subsidy annually for my health care. I am type 1 Diabetic and on an extended tour of the UK visiting areas for 1 or 2 nights before moving on and staying in accommodation without access to a fridge. I am now having difficulty with out of control glucose involving a massive increase in insulin intake. I have assessed that my insulin is compromised. I am absolutely appalled by my phone call with Doctor Sarah Porters this evening - GP put of hours. I am a type 1 Diabetic and was phoning with a painful flare up of mouth ulcers. Sarah Porters’s attitude was shocking the minute I answered the call. I explained I had tried phoning my own GP and have recently been on a course of Aciclovir for these breakouts. Sarah Porters was rude, abrupt and dismissive. She said that aciclovir isn’t something they would prescribe and it doesn’t help the pain, as if I don’t know what helps m... read more
