Naveed Jailani was hired with recommendation and found to be very professional and courteous. Naveed came as per schedule and installed New Air Condition and made sure that everything is working properly. He provided valuable instructions and offered additional services what company provides. I have already asked for additional services to be provided after 3 months or so. I am looking forward to work with him in future Thanks for the Great Service ******* **

The local technicians and office staff are very good to excellent. They are reliable and trustworthy and customer oriented. ON THE OTHER HAND, the financial services and billing department in Dallas Texas is the most incompetent and clumsy business organization I have encountered in my 70 years as a consumer. They were incapable of changing from one credit card to another. They stated that adding a new credit card takes two months and they cannot use my credit authorization for any overdue payment. I purchased a new Lennox heat pump from Bob Brown Heating/Cooling five years ago. Since then I needed to replace the compressor three times. The parts were under warranty and didn't cost me anything but i was still charges over $600.00 in labor each time they replaced the compressor. They told me I could avoid paying that $600.00 charge if I would sign up for their $200.00/month service contract. After less than five years I had enough of Bob Brown and purchased a new Trane unit. had a new A/C installed worked with Claude Briscan Comfort Consultant was Great. we worked with him and decided to get new vents installed Jose G***** and Edel M**** installed the A/C and then did ALL the vent work! GREAT JOB on both is not enough both were very professal worked clean and did clean-up. give them both a raise as they are an asset to your company.we told our friends and also went on line to tell everyone about these 3 great people. 6 STARS to these 3!!!!!!!!! ***** *

Beware of Komfort Air aka Service Experts with their payment plan. My water heater had broken and one of their representative came to my home. The rep assured me the whole replacement which also included a lifetime warranty and repair and maintenance was $2400. He said they had a repayment plan with no interest at a rate of $42 a month and I wouldn't be billed until about 3 months. I did mention I had insurance on my water heater but the rep told me my insurance wouldn't cover my heater because it wasn't up to code. It was m... read more

On Friday, 5/7/2021, Church Services' A/C technician, accompanied by an associate, performed an assessment of our 2 home A/C units as requested and scheduled. After an effort to "upsell" me on his recommended improvements/repairs to my less than 4-year old units which I declined, he proceeded to finish his inspection and told me that other than his recommendations, my A/C units were fine responding to my direct question. Nevyn & John arrived on time. They worked quietly and efficiently installing a new furnace. They explained all questions. Cleanup was great. It was an enjoyable experience.

The company sent two trucks for our service request. One was for the technician who was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem concerning our unit and had ordered the part necessary to fix the unit and told us it would be fixed in two days hence. Along with the technician was a residential Comfort Specialist which was a surprise to me. But a welcome surprise because she communicated to us that she was there to make sure that we, the customer, was fully satisfied with the service visit. *** **

i had an ac problem and contacted a local repair company. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem but suggested I contact Church Services since the unit was still under warranty. I was aware of the warranty but because of a bad experience just last summer I did not want to use Church Services. I did call Church Services and again had a bad experience. They acknowledged the parts were covered under the warranty but charged me $1,544.34 for labor which was 2.5 hours. I contacted them for some explanation and got no reason... read more
