Words can NOT describe how extremely disappointed I am with Service Experts and Aramendia. They took advantage of my parents who are 70+. Of course they suggest to "buy" the equipment through their advantage plan with no interest. FYI THAT IS A LIE AND IS A LEASE BUT THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE THAT. They told us the cost was what we signed for "$21,984 and is on the actual work order".THEY DO NOT tell you that it is a lease plan until YOU receive written contracts. Just had my air conditioner serviced i have the maintenance plan had really good service. The repairman was on time very friendly and polite. he used the hose and replace it before he left very good experience with this company, the service rep contacted me when it was time for my service which i really like. would recommend this company to anyone, in fact i have already done so.

It was sold to me that I am going to pay to my local electricity company the fees for the meter ($30) because the solar panels that they installed will provide me with the power that I need.But that promise is not even close, since the first month I have been paying $90 dollars (in winter), I am in *******, minimal AC for that season. As the month went by, the bill from my local electricity company were increasing, now in summer I am paying $275 plus the solar panels payments for $220 so it is the same amount that I used to ... read more

They suggested I buy the equipment through their advantage plan with no interest. They told me what I was signing and did so.
