Terrible customer service, I have been waiting since June for a replacement part for my bath tub. Was told they couldn't get the part due to it being on back order, then that they were overworked and now that they tried to call and cannot get the part at all. VERY POOR customer service and blatant lies. Kyle, is probably the biggest liar there. DO NOT recommend!

This company is all about high pressure sales for services you don?t need or can be done for much less. I got suckered into a maintenance package and dreaded every single visit, knowing they would always find a major problem that wasn?t actually a major problem. I know because I would always get a second opinion?fortunately in the process I found an honest and reasonable person to do the few repairs that were actually needed. Wish we had read reviews more carefully. We had a great experience with the tech who came to routinely service our HVAC, but we also had requested they come flush our water heater. That's where the problems started. 1) we were not advised that it would be two separate techs (and therefore two fees) to do both, nor was it listed anywhere on their appointment form nor during our scheduling call. 2) the water heater tech took one look at our tank, googled the make and what the numbers meant, declared it out of warranty and ther... read more

Company didn't get a permit to complete work and now we're held responsible by Albany Building inspections in getting permit for water tank that was done in May 2021

Great at selling and not telling you the final price or the fact that if you go with their "Advantage Program" you pay for 10 years and NEVER own the equipment. What a scam, especially taking advantage of senior citizens. Stay away! Still fighting over price. Local company gave us discount, main headquarters in Texas said we still owe the discount. We never got a rebate on the HVAC from Duke Energy on the unit only the hot water heater. I had to contact company twice to try to get them to file so that we could get our rebate... read more

I received great, timely service from this outstanding company. LARRY came by on time, quickly diagnosed my problem, offered solutions, and respected my wishes for a new water heater. He came the next day (unheard of in this day and time), and was superman. He removed my old system and put in the new system in an hour and a half!!!.
