What a money grabbing company. 4 years ago I purchased a furnace and air conditioner from them for about $12k. It was suppose to come with a 10 year parts and labour warranty. When I needed warranty work, they told me that it was an additional $230 to cover the cost of a technician to come out and fix the problem. He did not fix the problem, just figured out a work around. They told me that labour is not covered under the warranty and I had to sign up for their service program for over $1500 a year to get the labour covered.... read more

I have had Roland J Down install heating, ac, and hot water heating. They cover yearly maintenance on my furnace and water heater. Couldn't ask for any one better. The techs are polite, prompt, neat and knowledgeable.

ATMOSTEMP ARE TOTAL CROOKS!!! PLEASE READ...... We had an issue with our air conditioner/heater unit in our attic. My wife saw a large leak in the ceiling so we called our normal guy but he was on vacation so we found then called Atmostemp to take a look on a Saturday. The repair guy was at our house for 2 hours and told my wife he needed the salesman to come it out for an estimate. This company does not do good work. They leave elderly people without air conditioning, when the system was purchased from them and under warranty. Another company put in temporary part and ordered new part Poor way to treat our elderly and a veteran

I had a new furnace and Air conditioner put in. The price was amazing and less then I thought it would be. The Tech were on time as scheduled, They explained what they were doin and after they were done , went over how to use them both, explained the warranty. They cleaned up and we're very professional with ever thing they did. I highly recommend BW Cook for your air and Heating and plumbing needs.

Took advantage of me, confusing me telling me price around $7200.00 then after he leaving check credit got email now system is 11500.00. for 10 yrs. leasing Advantage program. I can get discounts to bring price down. but when I called him out he didn't remember the conversation and saying for me to refresh his memory. Orangutan AC service is bad. Not worthy to call for service. Call several services before you make a decision. I have Orangutan AC installed 3 years ago. I am not sure what they have done every year during the maintenance. This year, I noticed a leaking from the AC pipe. Most staffs at Orangutan are not well trained and have serious lack of knowledge to repair or provide maintenance but their service fee is outrageous. Our AC stopped working in August. We called Air Engineers on Wednesday, and they booked an appointment between 12-4 on Thursday. We finally received a call at 4:45 from the tech saying she was on her way and asked what the problem was. We told her, and she tried to cancel because she didn't have the correct equipment to test the unit. We told her that was unacceptable, so she had another person meet her.
