We had three areas of water staining and Knights helpfully explained which were coming from the roof. Using video calls they showed exactly what the problems were and dealt with them courteously and efficiently.

Knight's were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We have a terrace located above our downstairs bedroom, and a leak had caused the ceiling plaster in the bedroom to come away. Initially, we feared the entire terrace floor would need replacing, a costly fix that several other contractors had quoted as the only solution. However, when Knight's came to inspect the issue, they quickly identified that the leak was actually aligned with the gutters along the side of the terrace.
