My daughter is a University Student and rented a property from Knightsea for her second year with three other students. Upon moving in, after being told it was in perfect condition, the property was found to be in a complete state of disrepair and filth. Knightsea were extremely hard to get hold of and slow to deal with the multitude of issues, to the extent that the landlord had to be involved.
