Avoid at all costs! I had to wait nearly a month for my deposit to be returned despite emailing the office on a daily basis. Despite having 2 inspections during my one year lease they still kept back a third of my deposit! They have no empathy whatsover towards tenants. I found Ms Westgate abrupt, rude and extremely condescending. The whole concept of customer service seemed alien to her.
In collaboration with Isabella, we successfully secured rental of a property. The communication process was exceptionally efficient and prompt. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience. We are highly satisfied with Knight’s expedient and efficient process. We are delighted with our new residence and will recommend them to anyone
