I very rarely give reviews unless I'm greatly affected by the business. I have been trying to get my mini split to work for almost a year. I’ve called all so many places that couldn’t or wouldn’t help. I also had people come out just to tell me they had no idea, but still changed me anyway. My husband called Knight Electric and they quickly came out and fixed the issue with my house AC and my mini split in my office. I can’t say thank you enough for taking the time and patience to fix an outgoing issue!

Do not trust this business. If you do not get a written quote, be extremely careful of getting overcharged. If you're older or in a hurry, you may not catch the discrepancy and get cheated out of your money. I was quoted a price to replace the condenser fan on my outside unit. After the work was completed, I was told it would be $89.00 more than the quoted price. I spoke with the technician who told me there was going to be an hour extra labor.
