Great food and service Our server Solie was excellent
Dry aged ribeye with garlic mashed
Steak was delicious and the salsa verde fries
A true dining experience! Everyone there was friendly & welcoming, they enriched our evening. Alberto was our server & her was both helpful with recommendations as well as attentive to our needs. Everything was delicious from the bacon tasting, a well paired Syrah, the 45 day dry aged ribeye (HOLY COW, lol), and ALL of the desserts we sampled. Knife was a PERFECT birthday dinner celebration choice for my vacation. My son & I WILL be back next time we are in Texas!!

The $65 steak is one of the best stakes I had so far by any establishment
