Our reservation was at 7:30pm where we promptly got seated, we finally paid the tab at 10:30pm. Everything from the beginning was slow - to getting our party of 10 drinks each time, to getting our food, to getting the tab. A total of 3 hours - I’m 8 months pregnant and I was miserable and uncomfortable towards the end I just wanted to go home. food and service was amazing Alex our host was superb
Our Server Francesca was an absolute star! She was informative and knowledgeable and made the whole steak experience interesting and fun for us! The food was good and the aesthetics were classy and sophisticated. I will have to go back for dinner next time as we were there for breakfast today.
The food was fabulous! Our waitor Terry was very attentive and good to us! The staff was very educating on any questions we had on the food and drinks! Highly recommend!!
I love this restaurant. The steaks 🥩 are delicious and so are the side dishes. The service is impeccable and the waiters are very friendly. When The Knife 🔪 opened, we met the owner/chef John Tesar, who stopped by our table and signed my cookbook The Knife. The Knife 🔪 is one of our favorite places to dine in Dallas, and since John was so friendly and appreciative of our business, we dine there quite frequently.
When the food comes out and all of the sudden everyone at the table is quiet.... not because they are eating but because they are speechless and slowly enjoying every bite..... because everyone at the table has to think about how they are going to put into words what is happening at the moment. YES the food is THAT GOOD. Request Jeff as your waiter. We actually got to meet the Chef John. Overall best experience in a long, long time.
