Manny and the rest of the waitstaff made our evening a memorable one. After flying all day I wanted a special treat for my moms birthday and it was a truly great experience. The food was outstanding. At the end of our meal Manny brought out a special birthday dessert and some other treats to end our meal. Very thoughtful. Great job everyone! Thank you for the Texas welcome.
dinner for my B-Day , the menu was well explained by Jasmine. She made excellent recommendations, which we followed up on. All items were well prepared and presented. White table service without the pretentious atmosphere. We had a wonderful dinner experience.

Beware of gift cards. You get excuses when you attempt to use. Sorry our systems don’t talk and we cannot contact the other restaurants. Makes me wonder if I get same story at the other restuarant. In today’s technology driven world and their systems don’t talk. Hmmmm
What a great first experience at Knife Dallas. Our server Jeff was very helpful with recommendations and portion size. I had the 10 oz Texas Wagyu Skirt Steak (which Jeff recommended) and it was one of the best steaks ever. My wife had the Lamb meatballs and said her entree was delicious.

I really loved dining at Knife! The menu offered unique things, like a bacon tasting which was delicious and educational! Our server was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice. It felt like we were eating at friends house! Highly recommend!
