100% would recommend Rachel for reflexology. Such a lovely lady to introduce me to something new. Rachel is so knowledgeable and is so kind and caring. Her treatment room is so relaxing with such lovely touches. I felt so relaxed after my session and I can’t wait to book in again! Thank you Rachel!!
I can’t speak highly enough of Rachel! She is so knowledgable about reflexology, and often explains any areas she is picking up on. Rachel is very welcoming and friendly, and has a lovely treatment room set up. Rachel also takes care in the little things that make a treatment stand out, such as the option for an eye mask to wear and an elderflower flavoured water after the treatment. I feel so relaxed after each session, and can notice an improvement in my symptoms that I originally started reflexology for!
I really enjoy this time to focus on me. Rachel makes me feel relaxed and calm. I find it fascinating when Rachel tells me what she’s finding and what she does to try and balance me back. I’ve noticed differences over the past year in places where I would usually hold tension. I would recommend Rachel to anyone wanting to explore reflexology.
Had a 6 week treatment of reflexology on my feet, definitely recommend it. Rachel is very calming and very knowledgeable, she’s now started reflexology facials of which she gave me a 15 minute complimentary taster. I would highly recommend that too. There was plenty of parking on site and it was a nice quiet location.
Rachel is very knowledgeable and picked up on a few of my ailments. She is very friendly and the treatment is relaxing. Definitely would recommend
