What a joke of a tow company. I cant believe you guys have a AAA contract. I called AAA to tow my mercedes and knapp Towing showed up with a flat bed. The rude ignorant driver couldnt find my tow hook and said he only can tow bmws and domestic cars. He left me in the middle of highway 480 during rush hour and told me to walk to dealership. I called AAA back fuming and they sent another professional tow company. This new comoany laughed at your unprofessionalism and had me towed off the highway in 30 seconds. I used Madison Avenue Auto Service and Towing for a tow last Friday. They told me if I had my repairs done at their shop that they would waive the towing fee. They took a look at my car (2007 Camry V6) and told me I needed a new battery, alternator and belt. I was told the alternator itself was $500, the battery was $150 and the belt was $48.50.
