I went to get a new NEW steering column put on... They charged me $500 and gave me my car back without the horn working and my airbag light on. I called and asked what is going on and he told me, "No, it wasn't working when u dropped it off ". They took advantage of me because they saw I was a woman, and I was alone. After being taken advantage of so often by mechanics in the past I have come to expect it. Which is why I am so relieved to find a mechanic with integrity. They replaced the starter on my daughter's Mini Cooper. A couple weeks later, some adjustments needed to be made and the did not hesitate to honor her warranty. Great service, and both times, got the car back the next day. I'm so happy to have finally found a mechanic I can trust. Highly recommended *****
Rev Chris Long here, Had my muffler and old exhaust pipes serviced this past week. Received deeply personalized customer service, was quoted a fair price (after being quoted over 300 dollars more for the same service by a national chain the day before), and got to meet the owner's Mother (a highlight of my week)l I will be back, if needed and will recommend your shop to anyone!!!!
