This must be the worst cheating taxi company ever, and the drivers their overcharged me £7 for a drop to the coach station. I called in to complain and they told me to write an email. I actually put my complaint in writing twice and when I failed to get a response, i started calling, but each time was told the manager, Mr. Lee, would call me back, but he never did. Left my purse in taxi coming home from work Tuesday night with all my cards and cash in and got it straight back the next day!

It would be 0 stars if possible. My daughter accidentally left her phone and bank card in a taxi yesterday when with her nan and grandad. Initially when they called to query, they were told that the driver checked and there was no device there. In the evening, I activated the tracking feature and noticed that it was defiantly moving around places like it was in a car. When contacting the firm again to query and advised tracking was now enabled the driver then said they would look in the car when on shift the next day. Called... read more

I called this evening at 20:15 on Sunday 21st of July 2024 i was very pleased with the service and the young chap which i spoke to on the phone was very respectful and polite and helped me with my queries and the driver was fast and very respectful thank you for your service KMR i will definitely call again and recommend to my family and friends.
