Excellent service
We had the unfortunate experience of renting a flat in a building that KMP solutions manage, we had a leaking roof for over a year and a half (moved in may 2023, leaks started in July 2023 and continued getting progressively worse, no one came over to check anything until January 2024 and we had no one come to attempt to repair anything until March, the issue still continued and we had builders coming until July, the leak was still not resolved but no one come back so the leaks were allowed to get worse and worse.
