Honestly beyond poor as a company. Fake promises and do anything to fob you off. Awful awful awful

Reported on 07/01/2025, repair not scheduled until 12/05/2025 despite vulnerable tenants. Asthma, pregnancy, and young children are involved – all high-risk groups according to the GOV.UK website. The lack of urgency is unacceptable and deeply distressing.
We had a terrible experience with KMP Solutions Limited. The company is disorganised, unresponsive, and provides a shockingly poor level of service. James McCabe, in particular, was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. His lack of professionalism and accountability left me regretting every interaction. Save yourself the frustration if they manage your block of flats look to leave asap
