Thank God we had KMC Legal ( mainly Suilin) in our corner. Selling a home on behalf of an elderly loved one is especial difficult, add to that the lack of documentation we weren't able to supply and buyers with very difficult solicitors and it really could have been a recipe for disaster, but Suilin was amazing, kept us well informed through out the process, her communication was excellent, but mostly for us it was that she was simply lovely to deal with, especially during a very difficult time.
