The estimator did an excellent job of explaining what was to be done,how and why. The technician who preformed the work was a little rushed for time, results were good, perfect would have required more time than allocated
two yr old tile was spotty cleaned. I felt I could do better job myself. I was told they moved the refrig and it was not moved and cleaned behind. The company never contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the job.

Fabulous customer service. And, superb carpet cleaning, Awesome documentation and thoroughly conveyed the process and products utilized. Carpet was completely dry within a few hours - huge plus. Most definitely, will be utilizing KMC in the future!.

David from KMC Cleaners cleaned our drapes - left striped marks that he couldn't get out. He also did some granite and travertine for us and did a good job. Main complaint was he overcharged on our master shower re-grout and never called back to do other quoted work. I left messages that were never returned. Either highly unprofessional or maybe has gone out of business.
Very professional presentation for the bid and provided very good documentation of their process and products. The job was exactly what they promised and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
In march 2015, I had water damage due to failure of restroom valve. I called David for help to come over to restore and to clean our carpet . I was worried about molds which could be introduced due to moisture. David was very knowledgable and very professional. Using proper equipment, he was able successfully dry house including all walls . After all was dried, he restored and clean carpet . I run mold test and test came negative.
