My carpets still had spots and didn't look much different after cleaning

I went through Home Advisor as a referral then looked up KMC's reviews on yelp. I had other contractors guote me a repair for a master shower leak of $1200, $1800, $2000, and $10,000 (remodel). David arrived over an hour late but he made up for it huge! He took time to talk "with" me (not at me) of what may cause the leaks, and options to resolve it. I had Ameican Leak Detection come to my house with their fancy electronics informing me where the leak "could be". Well David, armed with an awl found exactly where the leak was... read more
