Del Roy was very efficient, polite & professional. He agreed to add an additional solvent for a spot that had not come out. That worked and stain is gone.

I have two dogs and my sectional sofa gets really dirty. I have had other cleaning companies come and clean this upholstery, but never as good as KMC. They protected my hardwood floor while cleaning and did the best job ever. It was dry the next day as promised. They were running 30 minutes late, but called. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

They do HORRIBLE work
The owner was very helpful, prompt, polite and professional, knows what he needs to do to hang drapes back up on rods.Drapes came out very clean. I didn't understand at all why he had a helper/assistant hanging drapes who it was obvious did not know what he was doing. Thankfully owner stayed with the helper making certain drapes were hung correctly. I had stayed in room watching.

They called me immediately after I submitted a request. Very friendly. Had lots of blood stains on carpet from a medical emergency. We thought they got it out but when carpet dried, the stains came back. I left a message but it took a few days to reconnect with them. They immediately sent their tech back out to try s different solution which I’m happy to say worked! Owner said he would follow up to see how second cleaning went, but I didn’t hear back.
