This guy was overpriced and sold me on the value of going with the best. I hired them the for three jobs: carpet cleaning, upholstery stain spot removal on a RAW SILK couch and fabric vertiglides, all of which he sad he has well experienced with and done before. He was over $200 over what others quoted. Carpet was done fine. He left a BLEACHED spot on my extremely expensive silk sofa and refuses to respond on the damage. KMC's employees(Delroy and his associate) were very courteous and I felt that they did a great job...I only wish that they could have gotten out the old pet stains, but that was to be expected as they shared that was a possibility before they started...thank you

David the owner of this excellent firm, and Aaron, his key assistant who worked with us, deserve a solid 10 for excellence in service and attention to detail. They did our windows, sealed our granite and will now do all our carpets and drapes. I highly recommend them!
