There were some tough stains that they got out. There were some spots that couldn't be removed due to some dye from old furniture that wouldn't come out. They moved furniture and vacuumed thoroughly, and overall did a real nice job. My carpets are old, but they brought them back to life.
David the owner called me an scheduled an appointment and estimate. Michael came over and gave me an estimate and it was resonable and he cleaned the carpets and did a much better job than the last carpet cleaner had done. He was also very courteous.

Service was excellent by the man who did the cleaning as well as the owner who set up the appointment and advised me of services. We had had a flood and needed both cleaning and water removal which is called a restoration, this is more expensive than carpet cleaning. I was happy to support a local business.
I contacted David thru HomeAdvisor on Friday, he provided an estimate and availability for the following Monday at 10 AM. Michael the technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about his products and service. He did an outstanding job and my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome. Definitely would have them back in the future.
Showed up on time and finished quickly. I thought the price was a little high, but the work was good.
