They came on time. They were professiona.. Did a good job. Had suggestions for animal problems. I was satisfied with the work and the price.
Outstanding customer service
Did a great job, had them clean our carpets and do grout cleaning and sealing. The carpets came out wonderful, the grout was a little tougher to get clean but the sealing looks great.

There were some tough stains that they got out. There were some spots that couldn't be removed due to some dye from old furniture that wouldn't come out. They moved furniture and vacuumed thoroughly, and overall did a real nice job. My carpets are old, but they brought them back to life.
David the owner called me an scheduled an appointment and estimate. Michael came over and gave me an estimate and it was resonable and he cleaned the carpets and did a much better job than the last carpet cleaner had done. He was also very courteous.

Service was excellent by the man who did the cleaning as well as the owner who set up the appointment and advised me of services. We had had a flood and needed both cleaning and water removal which is called a restoration, this is more expensive than carpet cleaning. I was happy to support a local business.
