I hired KMC cleaners to repair and refurbish my kitchen travertine floor. They replaced 16 broken tiles, cleaned the old tiles and grout; and resealed the floor. The final product was much better than we expected as the travertine tiles looked much nicer than when they were first installed several years ago. The team was extremely courteous and worked very hard to please us. It was a very pleasant experience.

Promopt and courteous. When I talked to gentlemen when I booked the appointment he told me it would take 3 to 4 hours to dry. When the technician got here I asked him the same question. His answer was 24 hours. The technician was correct. Carpets were much better when he left but maybe my expectations were too high as they still show more soil than expected in the main traffic area. In all fairness I am sure if I had called them to come back they would have. I did not as I just got too busy.

First time experience: hired because light-colored carpets in living room and stairs looked warn and, for stairs, matted down, spotted and with a dark 'pathway' on them. Now they look new, with color and pile restored. The workers arrived on time, worked hard, and left me with good advice. Thanks!
