This was a last minute request. I requested they come clean a boat that is part of an Airbnb program in the harbor. A guest had smoked in the boat, was asked to leave, and I needed the boat cleaned ASAP. I called at 7pm that night, and KMC had someone at the boat first thing the next morning. What a great company, and level of customer service. I recommend them to everyone.

Dashawn (sp) and his partner were professional and courteous. They dove right in and provided an estimate and were able to perform the cleaning on the spot. I was on a business call and they were sensitive to my needs to ensure I was not disturbed. My carpets look fantastic and I will definitely use their services again.

The estimator did an excellent job of explaining what was to be done,how and why. The technician who preformed the work was a little rushed for time, results were good, perfect would have required more time than allocated
two yr old tile was spotty cleaned. I felt I could do better job myself. I was told they moved the refrig and it was not moved and cleaned behind. The company never contacted me to see if I was satisfied with the job.

Fabulous customer service. And, superb carpet cleaning, Awesome documentation and thoroughly conveyed the process and products utilized. Carpet was completely dry within a few hours - huge plus. Most definitely, will be utilizing KMC in the future!.
