The girls do such a great job with my furbabies and treat them like they're part of their family. My babies always come home looking and smelling great. I wouldn't go anywhere else
Kloud -9 is absolutely the best dog salon in Knoxville. Max and Ozzie look fantastic after every visit. I highly recommend them.

Kloud 9 does awesome grooming job with my Pom and consistently too! My dog gets anxious but I never worry dropping him off because he's relaxed and happy when I pick him up! He looks like a million bucks too! A very happy experience ! �
Great groomer! Very friendly staff that you can tell loves dogs and they also do a great job consistently. Prices are very fair and my dog is always done in a timely manner, which is great since some places keep them all day! I would definitely recommend Kloud-9 to anyone looking for a reliable and safe place to take their dog to be groomed.
Great service. They do exactly what you ask for. They handle my tempermental dog and he is happy when I pick him up. They don't use strong perfumey soap like most groomers. I've used other groomers and they are the best in town.
I have been taking my boys, Mojoe & Biggie to the folks @ Cloud 9 for 3 yrs & have never gotten a bad cut. They love on our two yorkies as if they were their own! I have recommended other yorkie mom's & dad's to head to Cloud 9!
I live in Norris area and tried every groomer in Oak Ridge, Clinton and surrounding areas. No one ever did what I asked for my Yorkie or my Maltipoo! I found Kloud-9 a few years ago and won't go anywhere else! I was most impressed by the cleanliness of their shop! My dog actually brought home fleas from one place in Clinton!! Kloud-9 listens to what you want and I've always been pleased! Prices are reasonable and the staff is great too!! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
Always do a great job with my pup and so friendly! I've been going to them for a year and a half and Stitch always comes home so happy and smelling great!
Love this spa/groomer.... I take all 3 of my furbabies here. They are wonderful with my 14 yr old Papillion, casey.
