I have an older dog who needs some tender care and kloud9 does that! I also have a very shy dachshund that they understand.. love them and whatever they user makes them smell so good for weeks!!
I have a 3-1/2lb Yorkie and the cute cut that she received today was excellent.
RecommendedCharlie has his first grooming appointment at Kloud 9 today and I cannot day enough good things about this place. I stopped in last week to learn about them and all that they offer and everyone there was so nice. Today when I picked up Charlie he was so happy and so so handsome. Charlie has NEVER looked so good. I can not recommend this place enough. I am so happy I found Kloud 9!

The staff if so precious with your fur babies. My baby always looks so pretty and is so happy to go see them! They make sure to provide great services and plenty of love to your babies. Would recommend them 100%
My dog and I love Kloud-9! My dog always used to get super nervous and bark the entire time she was at the groomer’s, but the first time I took her to Kloud-9 she was less nervous and didn’t bark. They are so caring and loving of my aging dog. Kloud-9 always try’s to keep my dog comfortable since she is old and grooming is harder on her. They always do exactly as I ask! Truly amazing place to bring your fur babies to, the love they have for the animals you can so tell as you walk in. 5 stars
My dog was terrified of getting groomed. We came to Kloud 9 because we were told how great they are. My dogs loves getting groomed now... friendly and great at what they do!
Amazing! Today was our first time here but the staff is extremely nice and caring. You can tell they have a love for animals. My sweet baby has never looked better. I will definitely be back!
