Brooke has continued to groom and cut our dogs to our specifications. I'm glad we have found a groomer we trust and will continue to go see!
Hands down BEST grooming that my dog has ever had. I have a huskey german Sheppard mix with an undercoat that won't quit....until now. I have paid way more for results that didn't even come close to these ladies magic. On top of that my pit mix is 7 months and hates kennels so they kept her in a kennel in the room with them. So nice!

We brought in our 3 senior poodles for the first time about a month ago. They have their issues and Stephanie said they behaved fine! She finished them quickly and they looked & smelled great. It's really clean and calm for a groomer. ;) Need to find out how they keep them so happy. Will be going back again soon!
So glad I found Kloud-9! Our previous groomer had gotten sick and had to stop grooming...We tried another groomer in the area, and it just wasn't for us... Tons of dogs and so many kennels! Not to mention she was there for a long time. So I made her appointment here, and Brooke always does such a wonderful job!! I'm not worried about leaving her, their all very friendly and helpful, and not to mention she looks amazing every time!
I took my 1yr old dog (lab golden retriever mix) and he done good with them and they also done a WONDERFUL JOB!!! I will take him there from now on. When I went to pick him up he was so happy! And he looked and smelled so GOOD!!!
