RecommendedThe staff is extremely professional and friendly. They answered all my questions beforehand over the phone, and didn’t rush me off the phone. She was patient and extremely nice. I have a young hyper Weimaraner, and they did an amazing job bathing her and clipping her nails. I dropped her off and they were done in a little over an hour. When I picked her up they brought her out to the car and I’m extremely pleased with the job they did. I also feel like their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back!!!

We recently adopted a Great Pyrenees from Young Williams who had been left abandoned. He needed a good groom and Kloud 9 was recommended to us. I can not say enough great things about Kloud 9 and especially Brooke; she did an amazing job on our boy Einstein. We will definitely be back.

Kloud 9 is the absolute best place to go! All the staff are extremely friendly and they take the time to listen to pet owners on what they want. They are fantastic with my dog, Chaco and she loves going there. She gets so excited when we pull in!!! They love on her and really take time to form a bond with her. All around unbelievable place to go and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
They do a fantastic job on our standard poodle and are wonderful to him, too. He loves going there- tail wagging the whole way there and when being picked up - and he comes home looking and smelling amazing. Favorite place in Knoxville that we've tried by far.
We love love love Kloud-9 !! My pup always looks great when he leaves and is always happy when he gets home !! Wouldn't go anywhere else !!
