We have had a few air conditioning unit from this company and just had a couple fitted to our house. The guys were unbelievably professional and incredibly nice. They work really hard and at the end took time to explain everything about the units and how to carry out general maintenance. My wife and I were so impressed. Thank you

Klimatech's service was disappointing. Here's a breakdown of our experience: Initial consultation: An engineer visited for a quote, taking approximately 2 hours of our time. We discussed power supplies and required units in detail. Post-consultation issues: Slow response times to our inquiries. Last communication requested we provide our own electrician, contradicting earlier discussions. No response for over a week after we clarified we didn't have a preferred electrician.
