We initially had positive experiences with this clinic. The veterinarian was kind and friendly, and we visited multiple times due to our dog’s ongoing vomiting. However, during our last visit, we felt our concerns were not fully addressed. Since moving to Zurich, finding the right veterinarian for our four-legged son has been our greatest challenge. We admit we are very demanding pet parents, but after five years, we finally found the clinic and the veterinarian. Dr. Carpenter came into our lives like an angel, and the same can be said for the entire clinic team: exceptionally kind, friendly, compassionate, and truly humane. This is honestly such a wonderful clinic, our safe space. I’ve been there multiple times with my all dogs throughout the years and we’ve been always taken seriously, looked after, always with the best care and beyond friendly communication.
