I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this agency. They offer absolutely no help and, quite frankly, seem to have no interest in assisting their clients. They were deceptive, misleading, and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. Instead of offering support or trying to mediate a solution, they simply washed their hands of the situation and disappeared. I strongly advise against renting through them. This has been a terrible experience, and I will never trust them again.
