We are highly appreciative of Sim, Edgaras and the whole Kleiderhaus team for their professionalism, design ideas, attention to detail and quality of installation. Kleiderhaus truly do provide a bespoke offering and we able to incorporate so many great ideas into our final designs in a room that was tricky to find solutions for. Had a meeting at my house to go over our plans, the meeting was good and we were excited to get started, told the designs should be with us by the Friday hopefully, never heard back from anyone - sent a follow up email and it was ignored, will use a different company which is disappointing, wasted time. Superb experience getting fitted wardrobes from Kleiderhaus. Amazing customer service and I’m over the moon with the finished product. Sim was helpful and detailed during the design process. He came up with a solution for the shape and size of the room which other companies did not take the time to do. The wardrobes are beautiful as well as functional, thanks to the care taken in the design.
